Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program
Client: A multinational computer, technology and IT consulting corporation
Goal: Increase productivity through team building and cooperation across departments and business units
Solution: We designed and created a high perceived value “Token of Appreciation” to help build team spirit using the theme “Pulling together”. The brass coin was used as a peer-to-peer recognition program to encourage employees to request assistance from any employee within any division, business unit or country and to formally acknowledge one another for showing exemplary initiative.
Results: The coins served to improve team spirit and cooperation. Many recipients proudly display collections of these coins in their offices. The program was so successful that other divisions within the company requested similar coins for their business teams.
